Record Writing (half day)
CQC regularly highlight record keeping shortcomings. This session will support participants in understanding the importance of effective records keeping, the consequences of inaccuracy in inappropriate recording and also an understanding of the law as it applies to this topic. Participants also have the opportunity to reflect on their own skills and identify areas which to improve.
