Communication in Health and Social Care (half or whole day)
This session aimed at those working within health and social care to have an understanding of how to develop communication skills, and identify how to recognise the difficulties that can create to confusion and ineffective communication. Learners will be supported to explore tools and approaches to promote effective communication.
