Autism Awareness Training

We can offer autism awareness training as either a half-day or whole-day course.

• How autistic people see the world
• The spectrum of Autistic Spectrum conditions
• The impact on affected individuals
• Helpful strategies and approaches for people with autism
• The impact on families and others important to the individual

This unit maps to specific units on autism in the Health and Social Care Diplomas at levels 2 and 3.

More advanced autism training can also be offered by our specialist trainer but as autism is spectrum of conditions which affects individuals in different ways this is usually tailored towards the needs of the individual being supported rather than a generic course.
