Peter Connors, Managing Director and Founder of Q Training (Bristol) Ltd
Peter Connors is Managing Director and founder of Q Training (Bristol) Ltd. He has previously been Head of Learning and Development at a large Bristol based social care provider organisation and has also been an operational manager for services for people with learning disability and as well as being a trainer in his own right has over twenty five years’ practical experience of managing social care services.
He has a Management MA together with a Diploma in Management Studies and is an experienced Assessor and Internal Quality Assurer . He writes educational and training materials, the latest of which is Leadership for Health and Social Care, A Straightforward Guide to the Diploma, written in conjunction with Siobhan Maclean and designed to support the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
Until recently Peter was also part-time Project Director for the Thomas More Project, a charitable organisation which provides social care services for people with learning disabilities.
