Our trainers combine technical expertise and teaching skills with substantial practical experience in the health and social care field.
Our Assessment Centre is accredited by City and Guilds and our assessor team is experienced in working in this field and has current practical experience in providing social care services.
We are constantly developing innovative new approaches to our courses and qualifications to improve the service we provide to our customers.
We work closely with the Care and Support West who are a representative body for social care providers in the West of England.
Peter Connors, Managing Director and Founder of Q Training (Bristol) Ltd
Peter Connors is Managing Director and founder of Q Training (Bristol) Ltd. He has previously been Head of Learning and Development at a large Bristol based social care provider organisation and has substantial management experience in services for people with learning disability and as well as being a highly experienced trainer in his own right.
He has a Management MA together with a Diploma in Management Studies and is an experienced Assessor and Internal Quality Assurer . He writes educational and training materials including A Straightforward Guide to the Diploma, written in conjunction with Siobhan Maclean designed to support the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
