Q Training (Bristol) Ltd provides affordable and flexible training services which can be tailored to meet your needs.  We offer  Health and Social Care Awards, Certificates and Diplomas.  We can also design courses and learning opportunities specifically for your organisation. Our experienced team can help learners to undertake the most appropriate learning opportunity and assist employers by enabling them to access funding opportunities and designing staff development plans.

Our trainers combine technical expertise and teaching skills with substantial practical experience in the health and social care field.

Our  Assessment Centre is accredited by City and Guilds and our assessor team is experienced in working in this field and has current practical experience in providing social care services.

We are constantly developing innovative new approaches to our courses and qualifications to improve the service we provide to our customers.

In order to keep up to date with best practice we are members of the  ACTAN, (Association of Care Training and Assessment Networks, and are affiliated with Care Focus (South West) CIC and Care and Support West.

Peter Connors, Managing Director and Founder of Q Training (Bristol) Ltd

Peter Connors is Managing Director and founder of Q Training (Bristol) Ltd.  He has previously been Head of Learning and Development at a large Bristol based social care provider organisation and has also been an operational manager for services for people with learning disability and as well as being a trainer in his own right has over twenty five years’ practical experience of managing social care services.

He has a Management MA together with a Diploma in Management Studies and is an experienced Assessor and Internal Quality Assurer . He writes educational and training materials, the latest of which is Leadership for Health and Social Care, A Straightforward Guide to the Diploma, written in conjunction with Siobhan Maclean and designed to support the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.

Until recently Peter was also part-time Project Director for the Thomas More Project, a charitable organisation which provides social care services for people with learning disabilities.
